    this was very easy for me with charmander i use his smokescreen move its very useful for me but dialga is very strong and can kill a pokemon in 1 hit.

    I Could Do this in Explorers of Darkness...but not in Explorers Of Sky! I Know hes problably noo different but i just can't beat him....and my Riolu is Level 51 while my Vulpix is 52,i keep dying in two shots and you did this at level 39!

    In my opinion, mirror move is the best attck in the game. With mirror move, you can take out Dialga without even getting hit (though my partner had protect)!

    As a pikachu with Chimchar as a partner, I used Discharge (Hits all enemies in room) until he got to me. I then used thunderwave, and used discharge till he went out or prlz where i did thunderwave again, and kept attacking. If he cant move, you have a very large chance at winning, so if you chance, learn a move that makes him immobilized.

    @TDIdialgagirl Try using agility, and try to find a stun seed somewhere, if you can.

    I would reccomend having pikachu use electric moves, and nothing else,

    getting him paralysed, while you have a + 3 agility going, means you can pretty much destroy him.

    I would also reccomend the move bullet seed, if you have it.

    @RunningCheetahVideos Ok. I really feel sorry for you! You should have a ton of reviver seed in stock maybe like at least 5.. Because in Sky, I was a Vulpix in level 37, and i pwned him! With 11 revivers in stock! And my partner (after beating Darkrai) Is 56 =O

    you know what really annoys me, the fact that Dialga just Spams roar of time in this fight yet he almost never uses it when you go to refight him, hell i used ALL 7 of my reviver seeds the very first time i beat him with a Mudkip , And i go to recruit him on my new save file (Piplup & Chimchar) and use none of them even though i wasn't that higher a level than i was when i first fought him i was also unevolved, all he did was metal claw and ancientpower and then we owned him in 4 turns *sigh*...

    C'mon man, Gyarados, Lapras, Gengar and Mewtwo, some of the best and still good even nowadays. XD

    Plus the the design of the 1st and 2nd Generation looked very "organic" and original, unlike most of the 3rd and 4th Generation, that are basicaly "robot-like" or simply "balls with cute eyes". It's sad. Ok, the late Generation bought some benefits to lots of Types, like Rock, Bug, Grass and Dragon, but only that. That's why Fire Red/Leaf Green and Soul Silver/Heart Gold ftw.

    ugh what happened with me is that i used up all my supplies. I found a solution! for those of you that don't have enough items, store your good stuff. Then, keep dying until it says "send out for a rescue." The at the rescue menu, press standby rescue or sumthing like that. do dungeons that pelliper has, and store the oran berries and seeds that you get with kangaskhan. Finally, quit that, and cancel the entire rescue. you get to keep the berries and seeds you get. hope this helps you guys.

    I beat the game when me and my partner were both lvl 34. I threw a sleep seed then my partner used agility then i walked up to him my partner used agility again. Then I ate a violent seed and my partner used agility AGAIN. then i used force palm it did 190, partner used agility. force palm it did 250, agility. then he woke up used dragon claw brought me to 20 health. then i used reversal and it did 350. It was awesome ^^

    Should I give up, and start this game over? I have 36 lv. Riolu and 35 lv. Mudkip, and none oran berrys or revive seeds. I'm so weak, how can I ever beat that idiot Dialga and it's roar of time?

    well primal dialga is full of anger because time stopped and normal dialga hasn't fully been evil yet so you have to deafeat him so he won't become fully evil and try to kill you like primal dialga is trying to do

    lol I beat dialga with me and my partner at level 35! The idea is to get dialga to run withing your lin of vision for a stun seed, throw it at him, get you and your partner to eat violent seed, throw a vile seed at dialga.

    When he runs towards you, start using the best move you have (preferably one that isn't weak against him), if you happen to have a pokemon that knows dig then you have the jackpot.

    As I say, I was level 35 when I beat this guy, and now I'm stuck on the graduation lol!

    @rauldudeman Go back to Treasure Town and save. Turn the game off. Use a Wonder Mail Generator. Do some jobs with the Golden Seeds as the rewards. When you're done, do the jobs. When you get all the Seeds, go to the Hidden Land. Share the seeds with you and your partner. And there. Make sure you have a lot of Sleep Seeds.

    you should learn shockwave. that move s KILLER and ma pikachu leard it and it onley takes 2-3 blows for a legendary. look up pokemon wonder mail genorator if y have blue and red mistery dungon versons and get a whole lot of joy seeds and then your pikachu will be just like mine, if you ave one and almost forgot, allways get xray spexs nd freind bow. if your a low level pokemon you will wanna know whats comming plus the freind bow boost yr chance of lengendarys and i got rayqayza. ask me anything

    shockwave throws out aball from lighting and you should beat least lv 33 ,44 ,or higher. any will work esept 29 ad down. i have te old blue verson but iv seen my freind playing it and they let me so i beat him with a chimchar. my partner is a tyfloshion. i evlvehim XD and im still a pikachu. i dont wanna evolve. just like ashs okem pikachu. if you need any tips or codes, just ask dude!! 83 oh and can you find me some info on eplorers of time and darkness, im doin a comic on them and any will do.

    I took many battle but I still lost, know I know a combo, I am just lvl 50 but I can't win, still defeat. Throw sleep seed on Dialga and use your strongest attack if Dialga wakes up throw sleep seed again. Make sure you got many sleep seed and Oran berry. When Dialga wakes throw sleeps seed again and use your strong attack!!! Make sure to use Oran berry if nessasary healing. Don't make Dialga use his powerful attack! Hope this work! =)

    Attach yourself a special attack ribbon. Then, use a vile seed. then, use the sleep seed. And then attack like a crazy! if he wakes up, use another sleep seed. be prepared with many reviver seeds.

    It was very difficult for me, but finnaly success.

    try leveling up, if you are stuck where you can't go any furthur you can go back to treasure town by walking away from temporal tower, i think i was level 46 and lvl 45 when i beat him with piplup and chimchar, try wearing a special band and hammering him with moves like hydro pump and thunderbolt from your two pokemon

    plus its a good idea to have a few reveiver seeds before trying

    level up, use quick seeds, bring reviver seeds, bring stuff to paralyze dialga, skitty should be able to learn a couple ice type attacks using tms, wear a special band on both pokemon, really any grass type pokemon are not a wise choice to use...

    no problem....... this might kinda spoil it for you but now you get to fight all the guild members, its really hard. i think a good strategy is to use vacuum cut because it hits all enemies...by the way use quick seeds cuz u can inflict multiple damage to everyone then all thats left is wigglytuff.

    it's really easy, if u have a pokemon who can use moves such as flamethrower or razor leaf, u can take one pokemon down each before they've even closed in, then just put wigglytuff to sleep and OWN. :)

    To kill Dialga in one hit, 1st of all, throw a totter seed to confuse him, and while he is distracted eat 2 or 3 violent seeds and walk up to it and use FOCUS PUNCH, it deals atleast 950 damage trust me but first u must have a fighting type like riolu + u must avoid the roar of time so take a lot of reviver seeds

    ahaha im lvl 35 when i beat this crap here is some tip get at least 2-3 reviver seed its esy to get from sentry duty and buy some of it in kekleon market and get at least 1 stun seed and at least 5sleep seed and 1vile seed and at least 1 geo pebble or gravelerock

    first throw the graveler rock and throw stun seed and you can go anywhere and throw vile seed and attck it then throw sleep seed and attck and when he woke up throw sleep seed again just repeat the process

    Urk! I am a lvl 40 male skitty with a lvl 40 female torchic and I always killed bosses EXTREMELY EASILY before with sing+doubleslap but with dialga he wakes up after 1 attack so I dont have the chance to hurt him at all practically before he uses roar of time and kills torchic. WHAT DO I DO!?

    I ws level 36 and my partner was 37. I used a vile seed and then smokescreen on him and then spammed lava plume (cyndaquil is awesome) I only died once but I had like 5 reviver seeds

    Ah, I remember this battle. This guy frustrated me, and soon I almost gave up hope and started throwing my whole inventory at him hoping he would stay stunned/asleep/whatever. But then I threw a sleep seed.

    I realized I should of just brought a few sleep seeds with me instead of my whole entire storage.

    Anyone who wants to beat Primal Dialga, the way this guy starts off the fight (first 3 turns) is practically the best way you can possibly do so, unless you have an X-Eye seed instead of a sleep seed, in which case you should throw that.

    Just keep trying, I defeated Dialga in PMD: EoS as a lvl 41 torchic + lvl 42 eevee with only 4 oran berries and no reviver seeds. The key is to end the battle ASAP to avoid getting owned by Roar of Time

    You can't recruit him, obviously, but you can recruit regular dialga by returning to Temporal Tower after you beat him in his "primal" form and save the planet.

    Of course, after you recruit him, he has crappy stats compared to when you battle him.

    primal dialga was hard because i had charmander and my partner was squitle i was lvl 35 and won because i ahd 3 sleep seeds,five reviver seeds and 1o oran berries by the way his roar of time attack can kill u in one hit so i had squitle use water pulse and i used flamthower to kill him if u do closecombat u will cringe somtimes thats why ranged combat is key here.

    Want a hint? Get all the missions that you can in only one place(even better if it's an outlaw for you arrest/take item back/whatever).

    Don't fight with the Kecleons of the stall,even if you have a high level(they give crappy exp).

    Lots of reviver seeds (I recommend at least five though I only used two) and lots of sleep/blinker seeds. If you got torchic as your starter, use mirror move (this made it really easy for me. all of his roars of time that hit me were reflected) Only use your strongest attacks and always put him to sleep, or any other status ailment that will help you win first.

    I just beat this guys, Level 42 Chimchar with a 41 partner Bulbasaur. Used 2 quick seed's then threw gravelerocks at him until he reached me. Got my Bulbasaur to back off and Razor Leaf from a distance while I alternated between sleeping seeds and dig. Took a few reviver seeds as I kept missing but dig works a treat.

    TEACH BOTH UR GUYS PROTECT. also, when u throw seeds, STAY BESIDE HIM, and he wont use roar of time. ITS HIS LONG DISTANCE MOVE. Also, if u have treeko on ur team, learn dig. I got my skitty to learn dig when I had treeko for a partner and treeko aslo learned dig. I just switched all the moves off except for dig and Protect for treeko, then I used protect and dig myself. IF U HAVE HUNGER SEEDS THROW THEM AT HIM! IT MAKE IT DO HE CANT MOVE. Stay beside him though. Hope this helps!

    My advice is to go back to treasure town and level up. I still can't beat him but I'm going to level up more. Collect pure seeds, reviver seeds, and oran berries then return, beat him up, and save time from stopping!! (Your lucky my pokemon were level 32 when I first battled him.

    To go back to Temporal Tower you have to go to the beach and speak with Lapras. You can still only bring your two starters and still can't recruit anyone except Dialga. Oh, you still have to go through the Hidden Land dungeon before you get to Temporal Tower. Still, once you've beaten it before, it should be no trouble now.

    If you haven't gone to the Hidden Land yet, go to the guild and talk to Loudred to do the Sentry duty minigame thing, if you get a perfect score then a Reviver Seed is one of your reward items. Diglett must have a lot of them by now.

    dialga is a steel/dragon type right? so on the steel type you have hit hard on the dragon alittle the same as the steel type so you need lot of sleep seed ok :D you got to listen to me i used have the same as your but i new game

    -When you arrive to Dialgas place, if you have Gravelerocks, attack him with them, then throw to him a sleep seed. Attack him as much as he is asleep, when he wakes up, attack him with normal attacks, and when he attacks you with his very strong attacks, throw a stun seed to him and recover from the wounds the time you like.

    -Repeat the process, and I assure you you will won easly.

    To beat Dialga with items in the dungeon:

    -First of all, if your pokemon have 30 or less level you have to train them in the dungeon.

    -Search in all the floors for sleep seeds, stuns seeds, quick seeds and with look you will find reviver seeds, also search for petrify orbs, in case of monster houses.

    I beat Primal Dialga on the second try, only cause the first time, he used RoT on the first turn and I got OHKOed. If you have explorers of Darkness, bring X-eye seeds. They work wonders.

    And this is no emulator. On an emulator, the animation is not nearly this smooth

    Palkia is annoying, as it also has a move which damages you and your partner, and does about 100 damage (+/- 20), but without Palkia having to rest fir two turns... thats so freaking annoying, the oly thing you can actually do about it is keep Palkia sleeping/paralyzed =)

    Keep attacking Primal Dialga and whenever Roar of Time hits you and your partner, throw a Stun Seed on him and walk around the pinnacle and listen to the awesome music. When both of you are back to full health, repeat the entire process. I hope this method helps! :)

    what i always do is this: I'm a pikachu that knows discharge, and my partner is chimchar that knows fury swipes. To start i use discharge, and when he gets near, i use a sleep seed while a have chimchar only able to use fury swipes. chimchar has a power band on, so his attack is way up, and i spam thunder while dialga is near me. i always get sleep seeds and save them for this battle.

    Sorry if this is a little off topic, but anyone know a new PMD game was announced? Apperently it's an extention of the first two PMD2's, with a few new starters (Eevee, Vulpix, Phanphy, Skitty, Shinx, and Riolu). It's called "Pokemon Fushigi no Dungeon: Sora no Tankentai", translated to "Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of the Sky". I'm guessing it's adding Arceus, Shaymin, and all the new forms.

    If you're stuck on this part, here are some tips for defeating Primal Dialga:

    •You should at least be lv40 (although this person was lv39)

    •Have you or your partner learn a fighting or ground move. (Ex: Dig, Brick Break, Focus Punch, etc.)

    •Bring several Oran Berries

    •Bring 1-2 Vile/2-4 Violent Seeds

    •Bring 3-5 Reviver Seeds

    •3+ Sleep Seeds

    •Use your strongest moves against him if you don't have a ground or fighting move (you probably know this already)

    Well u might be too low lv, Dialga is a LV48, so u might wanna be a LV38-40-41-42, that's what i had to do, though the fact that u r a Normal type it may not be as easy as it sounds, i'm a Torchic and my partner is Turtwig, but u could still try doing that, or just head back to the Hidden Land and LV up there, but I hope this helped u, I wish u luck on deafeating Dialga! :)

    I did the Hidden Land thing and made it from level 40 to 51 including my partner. And I got more Items so it was easier to survive. And I beat him after 3 trys :D Thank you ^^

    and the reason I picked Skitty is cause most dungeons you  suffer type-pertaining problems so ur easy to defeat. SO a normal tyoe doesnt have much weaknesses. and I like Skitty :P XD

    Hah i have an idea for you type: PMD 2 Golden Seeds Wonder Mail, Inside of the Search bar on the top of this page, you will get codes for golden seeds use them on your hero and when he/she is lv 100 Go on to hidden land you will pwn all pokemon there bc they will only do 1 damage to you, and you can pwn Dusknoir easily. including dialga -.- i did a maximum of 500 damage with dig on a pokemon weak against ground type that was the same lv as dialga!

    I would recommend getting some x-eye seeds to toss at Dialga, they'll make him halluciante and pretty much not be able to hit you; Also take some Oran Berries and at least 2 violent seeds(they raise special attack and Attack) Take plenty of reviver seeds as well and stat lowering moves are always a plus

    Well I suppose you can't; You shouldn't have gone there without being properly prepared in both level and items; If you're that stuck in a rut, you should probably go back to Town (yes I know this means going through the entire hidden land without Grovyle) and level yourself up and really prepare yourself before making another attempt at the tower; This is just my suggestion

    Reviver Seeds. Go back and get A LOT of them. Going through the dungeons again isn't very hard. If your playing Time, get a Vile Seed and chuck it at Dialga to destroy his defenses. If Darkness, you might as well use a Violent Seed, but I STRONGLY recommend getting a code for the Vile Seed, as the Attack boost goes away upon being KO'd, even with a Reviver Seed. I also recomend using moves that either are Super Effective (Ground and Fighting) or matching your type for the x1.6 damage bonus.

    I beat him at Lv 44- just get a LOT of stun seeds and use your most powerful moves- when he uses roar of time to save oran berries lob a stun seed and heal you HP, then carry on I beat him that way

    Well, I reccomend you teach your Pokemon some other moves different from their types. It would be better like how I taught my Mudkip Blizzard.

    For oran berries go to oran forest if you have it. Go to the shop and buy them, missions, or just explore dungeons. Sleep seeds, best for missions.

    get like 3 reviver seed in case if you or your partner dies a lot fighting the sabs or dusknoir

    and get like 2 sleep seed and 1 vile seed then throw those EXEPT reviver. use your strongest move and he will die he has like 500-600 HP

    You should try to buy reviver seeds. If your partner dies alot then get at least 5. Get almost a whole bag of oran berries (I guess >->) Then go get sleep seeds. If you have oran forest on your dungeons then go there and get oran berries. For sleep seeds, it would probably be best if you do missions for those. For reviver seeds buy it from the shop, do missions, or just explore dungeons. I've been saving on my reviver seeds for ever since I started playing xP. Don't do this if you don't want.

    first,through a stun or sleep seed. then only have charmander use flamethrower. heve totodile use brick break or ice fang (which ever does the most). alos, have ur guys hold an oran berry.

    to nikoproductions:

    Make sure Charmander can't use slash by unchecking it, and turn on the IQ skill that makes him not use his "A" button attack. Use Brick Break/Superpower with Janko. Hope that he doesn't use "Roar of Time". If he does, hope it isn't a critial hit. That's my advise for now...

    heres what i did, restart....theres a link on my page that helps you get golden seed (which lvls up by 5) so once your a good lvl get 4 codes for the first lvl and 4 other for the next lvl after that (8 golen seeds easy = 40 lvls

    Huh, I couldn't believe I managed to beat Primal Dialga in one try without a single reviver seed. That was because the second time he used roar of time is missed my partner, and I had used detect to protect myself.

    Besides that, I suppose me being at level 49 , and my partner being level 46 helped a lot. (Not to mention having a few set items.). But hey, bullet seed truly is a killer at 4+, and with agility, nearly flawless. Honestly I had more trouble with a monster house in temporal spire.

    dragon maze, since you have a grass partner, train them on floor 5 in dragon maze in marowak dojo until they are both at least lvl 39. the bagon on the last floor gives you 457 exp. each

    A HELPFUL HINT TO YOU PIKACHU OR PIPLUP USERS, Pikachu: make sure he knows dig and start off with agility dig hits like 200 on him Piplup: make sure u know bubblebeam when it hits it usually slows down the target, i used both these pokemon and dialga didnt move ONCE AND I ONLY USED 2 OF EACH SLEEP AND STUN SEEDS ALONG WITH ONE VILE SEED TO INCREASE THE DAMAGE I DO ON HIM give your pokemon some damage boosting items like power ribbon or special ribbon

    lol i FINALLY beat him without using any healing items what so ever all i used was pikachu:lvl 34gility,stun,sleep, and vile seeds, along with my partner as piplup lvl 33: bubble beam I KILLED DIALGA IN LIKE 3 HITS!     mahahaha i have a chimcher me and my partner chikorita we are both at lv. 44 and i know flamethrower dig focus punch and slack off slack off does this restores the use's hp by half its maximum hp and my parner knows synthesis energy ball body slam and aromath rapy synthesis does this regains hp amount depending on the weather and i hate this word aromaththerapy does this heals all status problems to team members in the room so what i am trying to say is i have no use for berrys

    I have a team of treecko as me and my partner is charmander we are both lvl 36 i just used agility 3 times hit him with a vile seed then used a sleep seed i also had charmander use smokescreen to prevent roar of time hehehe... it was easy after that make sure u have at least 2 reviver seeds just in case of a miss on smokescreen or sleep seed or heck have them if u are totally paranoid about dieng but if you do what i did its SO EASY i hope tyhis stratagy helps y'all out

    that happened to me. I was a skitty at level 52 and my partner was pikachu level 51. I was doing okay but everytime Dialga would attack Pickachu killing him in one hit for probaly 30 times. finally i was able to defeat dialga be useing sing and stun seeds over and over and teaching Pikachu dig.

    nintendo really fucked up the story mode, not the story itself its great but i cant train my guys cause my partner (piplup) decides to be gay and says [we gotta go to hidden land!] so im stuck at lvl 34 with him, my guy as pikachu, and stupid kecleons had to reviver seeds or oran berries(so much for 11k when you have nothing to spend it on), im at the spire with four oran berries thats all i have to heal. and dialga keeps being gay with roar of time just using it over and over again so im fucked

    I did find it funny that DIALGA TALKED IN CAPSLOCK.

    He was a real bitch to me... it took me about 4 tries (actually getting through the dungeon) to kill him. Finally I just resorted to n00b tactics; I had my Totodile partner on "Go After Foes" and Ice Fang on only, then I spammed Oran berries and occasionally Flamethrower'd him (I'm a Torchic) until we killed Dialga. Hey, don't look at me like that, whatever works...

    Pretty proud of myself though, 'cause we were both low 40s in level. 8D

    I would have totally failed against Dialga if my partner Torchic didn't have Mirror Move. Mirror Move makes the user invincible to moves and hits the enemy with the move it just used, which was great for Roar of Time. I had her spam it while I kept using my linked Thunderbolt-Double Team combo. He killed me once or twice, but by the end of the match Dialga couldn't hit either of us and he was just killing himself every time he attacked Torchic.

    Want to know the easiet way to beat him?Get both of your Pokemon to learn dig, have at least 2 reviver seeds,have some stun seeds. Use dig 6 times and he will faint. When you are low on HP use a stun seed on him and walk around to regain HP. To learn dig use TM's.

    If you have Pikachu then teach it focus punch to beat dialga and then have your Torchic learn flamethrower. After that's through, if you have darkness, eat a violent seed and let your partner eat a violent seed too. If you don't have darkness then just give good items to pikachu and torchic. But, be sure to being reviver seeds because primal dialga kills you easily with roar of time. You don't have to follow my advice but that's how I beat him (although I had a cyndiquil with not a torchic).

    Try different strategies.

    If you see my failed video and my passing video, the strategies are similar, but different.

    Also, I suggest you get all the items you can.

    If you are lucky enough to have 2 reviver seeds, restart everytime you get beat.

    That's another reason why in my failed video, my partner is in level 40 but in here he's in level 39.

    I'm not a Meowth but bring a lot of reviver seeds/condition seeds they help,also bring vile seeds so you can lower his defense and specail defense if you have time but if you have darkness then get voilent seeds so you can increase your attack and specail attack hope this helps

    my tactics for DIALGA and DARKRAI was that i'd use a vile seed on them, then eat a violent seed. for darkrai, i stunned him with a stun seed. it's a really good tactic! my hydro pump did 297 DAMAGE to DIALGA, 315 DAMAGE to DARKRAI!

    The Only Way To Kill Dialga Is Dig It Deals 200 damage also using swords dance can make it deal high damage

    also fire attacks like flamethrower would help

    first let cyndaquil only use flamethrower,second get next to your partner and rasorleaf dialga ok.

    in case you haven't done it yet, I'm a Bulbasaur also, with a chimchar which also knows flame wheel, keep on throwing seeds that stun him or put him to sleep. and bring at least 4 rev. seeds ( two for each of you ) and try to find a better TM that can help ( I found Giga drain, omg that saved me a lot )

    I killed him yesterday. Used a LV 35 Charmander and a LV 35 Squirtle. Charmander's moves: Ember, Flamethrower, Smokescreen, and Scary Face. Squirtle's moves: Water Gun, Water pulse, Bubble, Brine. I had 3 revive seeds and used 2. My strategy was to use Smokescreen and then Scary face. (so the smokescreen would stay longer) At the end, my squirtle got hit into the red (! over head) and used brine. Critical and Under half HP so 2X damage, and Torrent all combine to make a 400+ hit and kill it.

    I beat Dialga by simply throwing X-Eye seeds at it and using Mirror Move to deflect its Roar of Time and other moves. Worked well for me, but Chikorita didn't have it so well. She didn't have Mirror Move. I did because I was a Torchic. lol

    I had turtwig and mudkip. I threw an x-eye seed, and had mudkip use endeavor. it did like 454 damage. then i switched it to only have mud-slap and i finished it off. piece of cake. (though I did have to level up to like 45 before he learned it and I got to dialga).

    i can't defeat him, i'm training on temporal spire, i use agility 3 times then i use discharge for distance, when he comes on my front i use shock wave but then he uses the roar of time! i hate that turtwig with his low sp.def!

    Pipplup owns u know y?The lesser hp it has its better!Piplup use brine and the damage is dam godly.If like 10- hp,special ability + brine ability=300+ damage on monster.

    i finnaly beat dialga today its amazing wat u can find if u search in a dungeon for reviver seeds instead of looking for a stairway i thought it was kind of sad at the end when i dissapered or whatever my partner was cring like crazy though!!!
